Presets & Templates

Creating a new report​

The quickest way to get started with Ninjalytics is to use one of the built-in report templates, which can be accessed via the New Report From Template button on the Reports page. You can choose from the following templates, depending on the ecommerce platform you're using:

  • All Sales
  • Top Selling Products
  • Top Rated Products Pro
  • Stock Report
  • Sales by US State
  • Sales by Product
  • Sales by Payment Method
  • Sales by Currency
  • Sales by Country

Whether you choose one of these templates or select the Create New Report button, you'll end up on the report page where you can preview the report output and change settings to customize the report. Here you can also save the report settings as a preset for future use.

Working with existing reports​

The Reports page lists your saved report presets. Each preset can be run (downloaded) directly from the Reports screen, or you can click the title or edit button to open the preset in the report view. Presets can also be deleted from the Reports screen when no longer needed.
