Installation & Activation

Free Version​

The free version of Ninjalytics is available on WordPress.org. No license or activation is needed.

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New
  2. Search for "Ninjalytics"
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate

That's it - you're ready to go.

Pro Version​

The Pro version is a standalone plugin. If you were using the free version, you can deactivate it after installing Pro - any reports you created in the free version will carry over.

Requirements​

  • WordPress 6.2+
  • WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads
  • PHP 7.0+ (8.0+ recommended)

Step 1: Download the Pro Plugin​

Download the Ninjalytics Pro ZIP file from:

  • Your order confirmation email from BerryPress
  • My Account page - log in at berrypress.com/my-account, go to Orders, and download the ZIP

Step 2: Install the Pro Plugin​

  1. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New
  2. Click Upload Plugin at the top
  3. Select the Pro ZIP file you downloaded
  4. Click Install Now, then Activate

Step 3: Activate Your License​

  1. Go to Ninjalytics → Activation tab
  2. Enter your Order ID in the "Order Number" field
  3. Enter the email address you used at checkout
  4. Click Activate

Your Order ID is in your purchase confirmation email, or at My Account → Orders. The format looks like #BPXXXXXXYXXXXXXXX - you can enter it with or without the #.

Once activated, all Pro features unlock immediately and you'll receive automatic updates.

Troubleshooting​

If activation doesn't work:

  • Double-check your Order ID and email - the email must match the one used at checkout
  • Check if your license is still valid - your license is valid for one year from the purchase date. Log in to My Account to check your order date
  • "Maximum activations reached" - deactivate another site first, or upgrade to an unlimited sites license. See the Product Activation guide for details.
