Quick Start Guide

This guide will help you get started with Live Carts for WooCommerce quickly after installation.

Accessing Cart Data​

Admin Dashboard​

Navigate to WooCommerce > Live Carts to view the cart management interface

Analytics Integration​

Go to WooCommerce > Live Carts > Analytics for detailed analytics

Settings​

Configure plugin options under WooCommerce > Live Carts

Basic Configuration​

The plugin works out-of-the-box with default settings, but you can customize:

  • Frontend Display: Toggle cart ID visibility on cart/checkout pages
  • Privacy Options: Disable IP address and URL collection if needed
  • Debug Mode: Enable detailed logging for troubleshooting

Understanding Cart Statuses​

  • Active: Carts with recent activity (within 2 hours by default)
  • Abandoned: Carts with no activity for the configured timeout period
  • Converted: Carts that resulted in completed orders

Pro Version Quick Start​

If you have the Pro version installed:

Accessing Pro Features​

Navigate to WooCommerce > Live Carts and click on any cart to access:

  • Cart Editing: Modify quantities and add/remove products
  • Recovery URLs: Generate unique links for cart recovery
  • Order Creation: Convert carts directly to WooCommerce orders

License Activation​

  1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Live Carts > Activation
  2. Enter your BerryPress license key when prompted
  3. Click Activate License to enable all Pro features

First Steps with Pro​

  1. Edit a Cart: Click on any cart → modify quantities → save changes
  2. Generate Recovery URL: View any abandoned cart to see auto-generated recovery link
  3. Create Order: Use "Create Order" button to convert any cart to a pending order
