WordCamp Europe 2026 is in Kraków. June 4–6.
For anyone in the WordPress space – developers, store owners, agency folks, plugin builders – this is one of the best events of the year. And this edition is special: it’s the first time WordCamp Europe has ever been held in Poland. Thousands of people from all over the world, three days of talks, workshops, networking, and real conversations about where WordPress is going.
BerryPress will be there. All three days, including Contributor Day on June 4.
A bit of a reunion
Last year, WordCamp Kraków was my very first WordCamp. I showed up with no agenda, created our social media on the spot, and walked away knowing it wouldn’t be the last time.
It wasn’t. We went to WordCamp US in Portland, then WordCamp Gdynia – where I spoke for the first time at a WordCamp – and later WordCamp Wrocław. And now WordCamp Europe is coming back to Kraków – and we get to be part of it in a much bigger way.
This time, Jonathan is flying in from Canada. We’ve worked together for eight years, run BerryPress together for almost two, and we still do almost everything remotely. WordCamp US last August was actually the first time we met in person – and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the year.
This time it’ll be a bigger group too – Kacper, Selena, and hopefully Michał our graphic designer, who we’re keeping our fingers crossed will make it. The more the merrier.
So yes, WordCamp Europe 2026 is also a bit of a reunion. We’re planning to actually work side by side for a few days, explore southern Poland, and eat some proper Polish food – homemade gołąbki, bigos, pierogi… (sorry Jonathan, I’m revealing surprises here 🤫). We’ve also booked an escape room – so if you don’t hear from us after June 6, please send help 🙂
What to expect at WordCamp Europe
If you’ve never been to a WordCamp, here’s what it actually looks like:
- Talks and workshops across multiple tracks – WordPress core, WooCommerce, performance, accessibility, business, ai, and more
- Contributor Day (June 4) – a full day dedicated to contributing back to WordPress. You don’t need to be a developer to join. There are teams for docs, support, translations, marketing, and design
- Networking that actually happens – hallway conversations, lunch tables, after-parties. Some of the most useful connections come from completely unplanned chats
- Inside stories – the kind of context you only get from being in the room with the people who build and run things
The schedule, speaker list, and all the details are at europe.wordcamp.org/2026.

We’ll be sharing photos from the event as we go using our own PhotoBerry Studio – if you’d like to follow along, you’re welcome to check in anytime. And if you’re attending too, feel free to add your own shots. No account needed.

Oh, and one more thing — we’ll be running the first real-world tests of the PhotoBerry Studio mobile app during the event. That alone is worth getting excited about!
Come say hi
If you’ll be there – come find us. We’d love to talk WordPress, WooCommerce, plugins, analytics, or whatever you’re working on. We’ll be easy to spot.
If you’re curious about anything BerryPress – Ninjalytics, Live Carts, or any of our other plugins – this is a great chance to ask questions in person instead of through a support ticket.
And if you’re on the fence about going: I didn’t know a single person when I walked into WordCamp Kraków last year. I’m coming back this time with friends I made there. That says everything!
See you there 🇵🇱
