1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our services, you explicitly agree to these Terms. At checkout, you must confirm acceptance. You may not use our plugins otherwise.

3. Products & Access

We offer WordPress plugins as digital products, sold under subscription plans. Each subscription includes:

  • Immediate digital access via your account dashboard and email
  • Plugin downloads, updates, and technical support
  • Unlimited usage under the terms of the GPL license

Custom services are not governed by these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues till the end of the billing period. Without renewal, updates and support cease.

5. License Types and Activation

We offer two types of plugin licenses:

  • One Site License – allows activation on a single website at a time.
  • Unlimited Sites License – allows activation on any number of websites.

Customers with a One Site License can request to transfer their activation to a different domain by contacting our support team at help.berrypress.com.

All license types are granted under the GPL, and do not limit your right to use or modify the software code itself. Activation limits apply only to access to support and automatic updates.

6. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are net in USD. VAT, when applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your country. We store location and tax information in compliance with EU VAT rules.

7. Refund Policy

EU consumers have a 14-day refund window from purchase. Only first-time purchases apply.

8. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Plugins are licensed under GPL. You may modify and redistribute under GPL terms. However, trademarks, branding, logos, and “BerryPress” name remain our exclusive property and require written permission.

9. Use Restrictions

  • No reverse-engineering of API or licensing mechanisms
  • No deliberate circumvention of subscription enforcement
  • No unauthorized use of our branding
  • No misuse or illegal use — violation may result in account termination

10. Third‑Party Software & Compatibility

We cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins or themes. Resolving such conflicts is not covered by standard support.

11. Support

We provide support via ticketing at help.berrypress.com for active subscribers only:

  • Support is on a best-effort basis
  • No phone or live-chat support
  • Includes installation, setup, troubleshooting
  • No custom feature development or third-party conflict resolution
  • Support access ends after subscription expiration

12. Updates & Software Changes

We may introduce updates, remove or add features anytime. Active users receive updates throughout their subscription. For major changes, we provide advance notice via website or email.

13. Warranty Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

Plugins are provided “as-is”, without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data, downtime, revenue
  • Third-party plugin/theme conflicts
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product.

14. Customer Data & GDPR Compliance

Support tickets may include personal data (email, site URL, plugin version). These are processed per our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or delete this data anytime. Data related to orders and support may be anonymized or retained as required by tax or legal obligations.

15. Compliance with Laws

You must use our products in accordance with applicable law, including data protection (GDPR) and intellectual property regulations.

16. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are breached, including misuse, fraud, or non-payment.

17. Export & Geographic Limitations

You represent you are not in a region under sanctions or embargo. We do not target or support jurisdictions where our service would be prohibited by law.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, infrastructure issues).

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced via email or our website. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU regulations.

21. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform consumers that they may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes. The platform is available at:

We are not obligated and do not agree to participate in such alternative dispute resolution procedures.

22. Product Reviews

Our website allows customers to leave product reviews. By submitting a review, you agree to the following:

  • You must have used or purchased the product you are reviewing.
  • Your review must reflect your honest and personal opinion.
  • We reserve the right to remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, spammy, promotional, or unrelated to the product.
  • We do not pay for or incentivize reviews.
  • By submitting a review, you grant us the right to display and use it on our website and marketing materials.
